Eventually, MAX token output will diminish. We will publish the diminishing rule of MAX token when MAX token distribution officially takes effect.

* ve-MAX represents the voting power of MATR1X PLATFORM's governance rights
* The output number of ve-MAX is determined by the number of locked MAX tokens and lock duration
* ve-MAX will have voting rights caps for some specific projects

#### **ve-MAX Output Calculation Method**

* x1: the number of locked MAX tokens&#x20;
* x2: Lock duration （Minimum duration: 7 days，Maximum duration: 3 years）
* ve-MAX = x1 \*(x2/3years)   &#x20;
