What are Souvenir Skins?

A Souvenir skin is a special skin obtained from a Souvenir Case, which is usually acquired in connection with a tournament, event, or anniversary. It is mainly divided into Event Souvenir Cases (such as KUKU X Collection Souvenir Case) and Tournament Souvenir Cases.

The most obvious feature of souvenir skin is that it comes with its own stickers. Most Souvenir skin stickers are gold-printed commemorative items, there are also some special Events Souvenir Cases that produce non-gold printed Souvenir.

Souvenir skins are a testament to a handful of MATR1X milestones and are a good commodity for players to collect.

Exclusive Interest

  1. Exclusive name

    • Souvenir skins have their own weapon name tag, which is displayed in the skin name suffix (Souvenir).

  2. Exclusive stamp

    • Exclusive Tournament Stickers: Tournament souvenir skin is produced from each unique tournament match in major official events. One of the four gold stickers will be the Logo of the tournament, and the other three will be the Logo of the team emblem and the map used in the match.

    • Exclusive Event Stickers: Event souvenir skin with the theme of the event as the print design element, such as city tour exclusive sticker.

  3. Exclusive Token ID

    • Legendary quality souvenir skins come withwith the top 6-digit ID number! (Different from the 11-digit ID of regular skins)

    • The Token ID consists of the Souvenir Case number and the production order of the skin.

Trade value

  1. Rarity

    • Souvenir skins are often issued in limited quantity and are associated with specific Esports events or commemorative events. This limited nature makes them scarce in the market, increasing their value.

  2. Unique design

    • Souvenir skins often have unique designs and color schemes that are closely associated with tournaments or events. Skins are not only in-game items, but also a way for collectors to commemorate specific moments.

  3. Community recognition

    • Because souvenir skins are associated with a specific tournament or event, they often remain a high degree of recognition in the community. Players and collectors may value these skins more because of their emotional connection to a particular event or event.

    • For players who have participated in relevant events or hold special feelings about an event, souvenir skins carry emotional value beyond their actual value. They serve as a memory and tribute to those memorable moments.

  4. Collectible potential

    • Due to its rarity and community recognition, souvenir skin is seen as an item with collectible potential. Over time, the value of certain souvenir skins may increase, especially if the tournament or event is mentioned or remembered.

    • For collectors, having a whole collection of souvenir skins associated with a particular tournament or event adds to the integrity of their collection, which also increases the overall value of those skins.
